【Abstract】 A series of 47 patients with testicular seminoma treated postoperatively by radiation from 1977 to 1986 was analysed. According to Dosontz’ s staging system, there were 23 stage Ⅰ, 18 stage Ⅱ (Ⅱa 10, Ⅱb 8), 6 stage Ⅲ and 1 stage Ⅳ patients. The 5- and 8-year survival rates were 94.4% and 92.3% for stage Ⅰ, 57.1% and 42.9% for stage Ⅱ, 33.3% for stage Ⅲ and 0 for stage Ⅳ patients. Ⅰt is suggested that supradiaphragmatic irradiation be administered to the stage Ⅱ patients as there is a high likelihood of relapse there.更多还原
