【摘要】 本文对8例严重脑外伤长期昏迷病人,进行头颅CT及脑干听觉诱发电位随踪检查。结果表明头颅CT及脑干听觉诱发电位均有异常改变,并随着病情变化而变化,而且CT、脑干听觉诱发电位、临床三者之间存在着正相关关系,同时它们能从不同角度动态反映脑损伤的严重程度并能预测预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight patients with severe head injury comatous for long duration have been investigated with serial computed Tomography and Brain Stem Auditory Evoked Potentials (BAEP). the results showed that all patients had abnormal CT and BAEP findings andfurther varied in the course of the disease. The finding correlated very well with the clinical course of events and is useful in the assessment of the underlying pathology and the prediction of the prognosis of head injury.更多还原
