弱冲击波对豚鼠耳蜗表面结构损伤的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 豚鼠暴露157,160,163和166dB SPL峰值的冲击波10发,暴露后0.5h,8d和30d分别进行皮层声诱发电位测试和耳蜗扫描电镜观察。结果表明,暴露后阈移随峰值增大而严重,但不完全呈线性关系。随峰值不同,静纤毛损伤程度,类型,范围也不同。第3排外毛细胞静纤毛头部弯曲和分离是可逆性病变,内毛细胞和第1排外毛细胞静纤毛紊乱,倒伏,折断和融合则和永久性阈移有关。

【Abstract】 Guinea pigs were exposed to 10 shock waves of 157, 160, 163 and 166 dB SPL peak level. The acoustic cortical evoked responses were measured and the cochleae were examined using a svanning eletron microscope at 0. 5h, 8 and 30 days respectively after exposure. The results showed that the heigher the peak level, the greater the threshold shift but no linear relation between them was found. The cochlea structural damages caused by shock waves were expressed abnormality of stereocilia. The extent, pattern and location of damage to the stereocilia varied with various peak level of shock waves. The necrosis of hair cells occured 8 days after shock waves exposed, then, cells died out very quickly. The changes of bending and seperation at the tops of stereocilia on the OHC3 could be reversible. However, disarray, collapse, fracture and fushion of the cilia on the IHC and OHCl were associated with permanent threshold shift.
