【摘要】 60例胸腰椎骨折脱位伴截瘫患者,经术中撑开器复位,改良鲁格氏棒节段固定,术后疗效满意,利于康复训练。为了深入了解本改良固定方法能获得满意效果的原因,本文分析了本方法中鲁格氏棒和脊柱复合体受力状态、抗畸变机制,最后将本方法与其他胸腰椎骨折鲁格氏棒固定法进行了比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a spreader and improved Luque’s Rod segmental fixation, operative reduction for thoraco-lumbar fracture was conducted in 60 cases of theoraco-lumbar fracture-dislocation concomitant with paraplegia. The procedure is helpful to rehabilitation exercises and the reault is satisfactory. The mechanical condition on Luque’s Rod and vertebra complex and antideformity mechanism of the improved fixation has been analysed to study the merits of this new proceedure. The improved Lugue’s Rod fixation was compared with the original one in the facture of thorac-lumbar spine.更多还原
