杨木中性亚硫酸盐-蒽醌法蒸煮过程中残余脱木素阶段的研究
Study of Residual Delignification Phase of Neutral Sulfite-anthraquinone Cooking from Aspen
【摘要】 本文对杨木中性亚硫酸钠-蒽醌(NS-AQ)法蒸煮的残余脱木素阶段进行了研究。结果表明,其残余脱木素阶段可以分为两个小阶段,第一小阶段仍保持较高且稳定的脱木素选择性,第二小阶段的脱木素选择性迅速下降,且碳水化合物损失增大。在用药量18.6%,其中Na2SO315.81%,Na2CO32.79%(皆以Na2O计,对绝干木材),AQ用量0.1%(对绝干木材),液比4:1,最高温度170℃的条件下,残余脱木素阶段开始于残余木素含量为8.01%左右(对浆)或5.57%(对木材),而残余脱木素阶段的两个小阶段的转折点,在残余木素含量为4.79%(对浆)或3.10%(对木材)左右。
【Abstract】 Residual delignification phase of neutral sulfite-anthraquinone(NS-AQ) cooking of aspen was studied. The results indicate that the residual delignification phase may divide into two subphases. The first subphase still remain a higher and stable selectivity of delignification. Thus, the first subphase has fair delignification at lower loss of carbohydrates. In the secondary subphase,selectivity of delignification is sharply decreased. Delignification phase begins with containing residual lignin about 8. 01%(on pulp)or 5. 57%(on wood),and the point of transition from the first subphase to the secondary subphase contains residual lignin about 4. 79% (on pulp) or 3. 10% (on wood) at conditions: chemicals charge 18.6%, within which Na2SO3 15. 81%,NaiCO3 2. 79%(all as Na2O,on dry wood), AQ 0.1% (on dry wood). , liguor-to-wood ratio 4 > 1, cooking temperature 170℃.
