【摘要】 测定了不同厂家生产的阿胶及其炮制前后氮基酸的含量,同时,对各种阿胶所含的微量元素进行了分析比较。结果表明,阿胶含甘氨酸最多,其次为辅氨酸,不同产地的含量不一。在本文所列条件下,炮制对大多数氨基酸基本无影响。微量元素含量因产地不同而有明显差异。更多还原
