【摘要】 我们对25例诊断不清的肺部肿块,在B超引导下经皮肺穿作细胞学检查。结果肺癌16例(腺癌8例,鳞癌6例,未分化癌2例),转移性肺癌2例,结核5例。经临床及病理证实介入性超声诊断阳性率为92％。此法安全、简便、迅速,并发症少,有助于肺部肿块的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic guided percutaneous neelde biopsies were carried out in 25 patients with lung mass. Successful cytologic diagnosis was acquired in 23 of 25 cases, idcluding carcinoma 16, solitary metastasis 2 and tuberculoma 5, hence an accuracy of 92% was achieved. No pneumothorax or hemorrhage ensued in this series. This technique is simple, safe and useful in differentiating the nature of a lung nodule.更多还原
