【摘要】 本文研究了有档锚链环在直拉伸状况下的应力分析,并以A2级φ28有档锚链为例,进行了平面全息光弹性实验和有限元计算,以及三维光弹性切片实验和曲梁理论计算。所得结果完善了国外某锚链厂的结论,给出的极限应力简易计算公式大大提高了锚链设计精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the stress distributions of stud anchor chain subjected by the tensile force. With the stud anchor chain φ28A2 as an example, the planar holographic photoelastic stress test and finite ele- ment calculation, the slice test of three dimensional photoelastic stress and the theoretical calculation of curved beam were carried out.Simple formulae for calculating limit stress are given and the precision is sat- isfactory.更多还原
