【Abstract】 Individual variation of minimal concentrationof ftorafur in serum during plateau state w?? ob-served when UFT [ftorafur and uracil (1:4)] 50,40 and 31mg/kg was administered intragastricallyonce a day for eight days in 125 mice with carcino-ma pullulans of HepA. The antitumour effects ofUFT and the weight growing rate (WGR) of micein the third, sixth and eighth days of the experimentshowed marked negative correlations with serumlevel of ftorafur.
