乌梅果超氧化物歧化酶的纯化和部分性质研究
Superoxide dismutase from fruit of Prunus mume: purification and some properties
【摘要】 采用硫酸铵沉淀和Sephadex G-100、DEAE-DE52分离工艺纯化乌梅(青竹梅)超氧化物歧化酶。SDS凝胶电泳测得其亚基分子量为12600。经凝胶电泳鉴定为单一带。该酶最大紫外吸收为192nm。对2mmol/L KCN和1.5%H2O2表现敏感。
【Abstract】 Superoxide dismutase (EC. 1.15. 1.1) fromfruit of Prunus mume (Sieb.) Sieb. et Zuce waspurifide with technics of the ammonium sulphateprecipitation and separation of sephadex G100 andDEAE-DE52. Its molecular weight was 12000as estimated with SDS PAGE. The purified en-zyme showed a single band on disc gel electro-phoresis with a maximal ultraviolet absorption rateof 192nm. The purified enzyme was sensitive to 2mmol KCN and 1.5% H2O2.
