【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatographicprocedure for the simultaneous determination ofvitamins B₁, B₂, B₆, and niacinamide in tabellaevitamini B complices was developed. The methoduses paired-ion reversed phase partition chromatography for separation of the four water solube vitamins.The ion-pair reagent was sodium hexanesulfonate.The column was Zorbax C8. Detection wavelengthwere at 260 and 280 nm. It was concluded thatthis method is fast, accurate, specific and suitable for routine analysis.更多还原
