EMS诱发大豆农艺性状的遗传变异

【摘要】 大豆EMS诱变群体M2的生育期、株高变异系数大于M2,而且世代间的相关显著。主茎节数、分枝数和产量性状M2和M3的变异系数大致相同。M3M—M4各性状的相关值大于M2—M3。M3株系与M4品系间各性状的相关值高于M3单株与M4株系间的相关值。一些性状M2株系内变异大于株系间变异,另些性状则相反,但M2株系内变异小于株系间的变异。

【Abstract】 The soybean M2,induced by EMS,was higher than M3 on the part of rariation coefficient of growth period and height.The correlation value between M2 and M3 generation was significant.The variation coefficient of node number on main stem,branch number and yield component of M2 was equal to these of M3.The correlation value of various characters in M3-M4 was greater than that of M2-M3 The characters correlation value between M3 line and M4 line,was higher than between M3 individual plant and M4 line some charaters variation of M2 inter line was greater than that of M2 between line,bnt other characters variation was small,The variation of M3 inter line was smaller than that it’s between line..
