【摘要】 我院对10例甲状旁腺功能减退症患者,进行带血管蒂胎儿甲状腺一甲状旁腺移植。采用移植物不灌洗、不用手术显微镜,大口径血管吻合法,术后应用PTH和彩色多普勒检查监测。经5～9个月随访近期效果显著。10例移植物全部功能性存活,优良率达90%。更多还原

【Abstract】 We reported 10 cases of transplantation of fetus parathyroid with vascularpedicle for treating patient with hypoparathyroidism in our hospital from 1989to 1990. The results are satisfactory by following up for 5 to 9 months. Thetransplant was not lavaged, we performed vascular anastomosis in large caliberwithout operation microscope. The functional survive of all transplants wasconfirmed by measure PTH and color Doppler examination. The effective rateof 90% was gotten in these patients.更多还原
