脂质体包裹胞壁酰二肽对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞肿瘤杀伤活性的影响
THE EFFECT OF LIPOSOME ENCAPSULATED MDP ON THE TUMORICIDAL PROPERTIES OF MOUSE MACROPHAGES
【摘要】 本实验用旋转蒸发法制备包裹胞壁酰二肽(MDP)的大多层脂质体(MLV)。51Cr释放实验和体内抑瘤实验表明,脂质体包裹的MDP(MLV-MDP)能在体外激活小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的肿瘤杀伤活性;在体内延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间。而相同剂量的游离MDP,空白脂质体及空白脂质体与游离MDP联合使用,既不能在体外激活巨噬细胞的肿瘤杀伤活性,也不能在体内延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, rotatory evaporation method was used to prepareliposomes containing MDP. Electron micrograph showed that the liposomesbelonged to large multilamellar liposomes and could interact with macrophages.51Cr release test and antitumor test in vivo showed that the liposome encap-sulated MDP (MLV-MDP) could activate mouse peritoneal macrophages totumoricidal state and prolonged the survival duration of tumor bearing mice.Preliminary discussions are presented about the preparation of liposomes, themechanisms of liposome-macrophage interaction, the properties of MLV-MDPto activate macrophages and the half-life of liposomes, etc.
