苄达里那的合成
THE SYNTHESIS OF BENDALINA
【摘要】 本文报道了新型抗白内障药物苄达里那(Bendalina)的合成方法;对苄基化、编合两步反应的条件进行了改进,简化了工艺,并避免了副产物的产生。
【Abstract】 Bendalina(Bendazac 1-Lysine Salt),a new anticataract agent was prepared. The synthetic process of phenyl methylation and condensation were simplified by improving the reaction conditions.And the main by-product disappeared.
