【Abstract】 This paper describes the separation of nicotinic acid and impurities （theophylline） in xanthinol niacinate by reversed phase HPLC and the determination by internal standard （phenacetine） on the basis of peak height. Waters μBondapak C₁₈ column （3.9×300 mm） was used. Mobile phase was composed of water-methanol and gradient elution was used. Chromatographic behavior of xanthinol niacinate was studied.更多还原
