浅析医院药房管理现状及其对策

【摘要】 本文通过对目前国内医院药房管理现状的特征及其存在的主要问题的分析讨论,提出了医院药房必须实行目标管理等对策构思,以期从整体上提高医院药房的管理水平。

【Abstract】 The present status and existing problems in hospital pharmacy management in China are evaluated. We suggest that management with fixed goal should be carried out so as to improve management work in hospital pharmacy.
