【摘要】 1987～1989年对本市41所医院医疗器械与环境进行了HBV污染监测。9种医疗器械与口表浸液均有HBsAg与潜血检出。阳性率逐年下降趋势不稳定。市、县级医院阳性率低于乡级医院。建议坚持监测工作,加强对乡级医院消毒的管理和对不直接接触血液器械的消毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitoring of HBsAg contamination was carried out in 41 hospitals of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, in 1987～1989. ELISA was used to detect HBsAg and occult blood test was performed in the monitoring. HBsAg and occult blood were found to be positive in 9 sterilized or disinfected medical instruments. In addition, the examination bed and the disinfectant solution for immersing thermometer were also found to be HBsAg positive. Although the HBsAg contamination rate tended downwards generally during these three years, the decrease was unstable. The contamination was heavier in hospitals of village level than those of city or county level. On the basis of the results of monitoring, recommendations for improving sterilization and disinfection were put forward.更多还原
