【Abstract】 A strdy of SpA-Coagglunation Assay (CoA)for detecting B. fragilis in uterocervical secretions from 123 postpartum women. Positive recovery rate: 22. 7%. This method was compared with ordinary anaerobic culture method. The results indicating that the CoA technic possesses characteristics of being specific and more sensitive than the culturel method and with better efficiency.
