船舶避碰综合决策系统
A Synthetic Decision System for Ship Collision Avoidance
【摘要】 本文研究了船舶的避碰行为以及多船多衡准的避碰决策的思维过程,应用海上交通工程理论和模糊集理论,建立了多物标多衡准的船舶避碰综合决策模型。模型的应用结果表明,该模型可综合有关信息,模拟驾驶员的决策思维,连续、迅速、准确、可靠地提出最佳的避碰方案。避碰综合决策系统的应用将极大地提高船舶航行的安全,进而实现船舶驾驶的自动化。
【Abstract】 In this paper,collision avoidant actions and the consideration in ma-king avoidant decision with multilateral criteria in case there are many shipsare studied and synthetic decision model for collision avoidance is estab-lished.Application of this model shows that it can synthesize various infor-mation,simulate the considerations of the navigators when they are makingdecision and continously make the most acurate and reliable collision avoid-ing plan.Therefore,this decision system will surely improve navigationsafety and play its rule in navigation automization.
