【Abstract】 We have carried out surveillance on parasites in laboratory animals from this centre and others since January 1989. Up to December 1990, total of 2020 animals from 22 strains had been surveyed with different methods, and 34 species of parasites were found, One of them, Toxoplasma gondii, was not previously detected in laboratory mice in China.The positive rate and the main species of parasites were respectively37.75% (211/599) in Macaca mulata Suchos Strongyloides fulleborni, Oesophagosiumum sp., Trichuris, Balantidium coli, and Entamoeba sp.; In dog 47.53% ( 77/162): Otodectes canis,Ancylostoma, Ctenocephalides, Dipylidium caninum, Demodex canis; And 13.01% (169/1299) in rodents: Myocoptes musculinus, Myobiidae, Demodex cricefi, Psoroptes cuniculi and Gliricola porcelli.更多还原
