【摘要】 本文报告114次健康中老年人椎动脉超声及94次椎-基动脉缺血性病变患者体外反搏时椎动脉血流的测定。获得了椎动脉及其血流的正常值,试析了椎动脉型颈椎病、椎动脉硬化和椎-基动脉供血不足的超声诊断要点。笔者发现外反搏可使椎动脉血流增加0.35ml(15.7％)、舒张期峰速增加0.14m/s(46.7％);从而为之提供了血流动力学依据,证明这是一种卓有成效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of ultrasonographic examination of 114 pieces of vertebral artery in middle and old healthy people. The vertebral arterial blood flow in vertebrobasilar ischemic patients was determined. 94 times of external counterpulsation were operated upon. Arterial anatomy and blood flow were observed. Ultrasonography criterions for diagnosis of cervical vertebral disease of vertebral artery type, vertebral arteriosclerosis and vertebrobasilar ischemia were established. We have observed that vertebral artery blood flow was increased 0.35ml(15.7%), diastolic peak velocity 0.14 m/s (46.7%) during external counterpulsation.
