【Abstract】 This paper reports the application of intraoperative echo with color Doppier flow Imaging to cardiosurgery in the direct detection and observation of 19 patients. They were 9 males and 10 females at the age between 3 and 65 with an average of 29. Of them, 11 were cases of rheumatic valvular disease of heart(VDH), 7 cases of congenital heart disease and one case of myxoma of left atrium. The results of the examinations done before, during and after the operations are analysed and discussed, and some relevant ideas are put forward in light of the actual conditions in China.更多还原
