健康足月新生儿动脉导管关闭时间的超声多普勒测定
Determination the Time of Ductal Closure in Healthy Newborn by Pulsed Doppler Echocardiography
【摘要】 为观察健康足月新生儿动脉导管的自然关闭时间,我们对44名新生儿在生后72小时内做4次脉冲多普勒超声心动图检查。结果发现,在生后6小时以内探查时,有95.5%的健康足月新生儿有动脉导管未闭存在,生后12~24小时18.2%呈自然关闭,24~48小时59.1%关闭,48~72小时81.9%关闭。出生体重轻重、妊娠周数多少与关闭时间无关。在健康足月新生儿,动脉导管的自然关闭率很高。我们的研究为无创地观察动脉导管生理状态变化提供了一种方法。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the time of closure of the ductus arteriosus in the healthy newborn infants, we performed four-time echocardiographic examinations in each of the 44 neonates within 72 hours after birth. In 95.5 % infants, PDA was detected at the time of initial examination. Of these, PDA could no longer be detected in 18.2% by 12-24 hours of age, in 59.1% by 24-48 hours, in 81.9% by 48-72 hours. The time of ductal closure was not clearly associated with birth weight or gestational age. We conclude that the percentage of spontaneous closure of patent ductus arteriosus is high in the healthy newborn infants, and PD-echocardiography provides a noninvasive method for observation ductal arteriosus physiological variation in healthy newborn infants.
