蝗虫微孢子虫防治草原蝗虫的研究
A STUDY OF CONTROLLING ACRIDIDAE WITH NOSEMA LOCUSTAE
【摘要】 1987~1989年用蝗虫微孢子虫防治草原蝗虫的田间试验研究表明,在草场上亩喷撒浓度为1.5×10?个、1.5×10?个和2.5×109个的蝗虫微孢子虫能够引起蝗虫的感染和死亡,蝗虫种类不同,感染率不同。感染高峰期平均感染率为26.67~64.88%,虫口减退率核正值以麸皮为载体,浓度为1.5×109个/亩处理的为49.90%;以麸皮、水为载体浓度为2.5×100个/亩处理的分别为44.93%和37.41%。试验还表明,蝗虫微孢子虫对蝗虫具有垂直传播的特性。
【Abstract】 The experiment that controlled Acrididae with N. L. in frold from 1987~1989 indicates that three treats spraying 1.5×10~8, 1.5×10~9 and 2.5×10~9 N. L./mu made the Acrididae infection or death, the different species of the insects have different infection rates. The average rate is 26.67~64.88% in high infection period the modification of the insects, decreased 49.90 with the treat of 1.5×10~9 N. L/mu carried by bran and water. The experiment also indicates that N. L. can infect the descent from the parents, which have infected.
