【摘要】 本文对沙市市80年代产科报表及围产保健方面的资料进行了分析,并分前、后5年两阶段进行了比较。结果表明:剖宫产呈下降趋势:妊高征、滞产在下降;而产后出血处于上升状态;孕产妇死亡亦以产后出血居首位;围产儿死亡率自1986年后逐年下降。讨论了产科并发症,孕产妇及围产儿死亡等,并强调加强围产保健,提高接产质量的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author analyzed obstetric tables and materials of perinatal care in the 1980s in Shashi city, divided the 10 years in half and compared the former with the latter. It is showed that: Caesarean birth is tending to decline; pregnancy hypertension syndrome and detention birth are declining; while postpartum hemorrhage is tending to rise and in the first place of pregnant and lying-in women’s death;the mortality of perinatal infant has been declining annually since 1986. Besides, the author studied obstetric complications, death of pregnant and lying-in women and perinatal infant and put an emphasis on the importance of strengthening perinatal care and raise the quality of midwifery.更多还原
