【Abstract】 Most of the enterprises run by geological prospecting units undertaking diversified business have been operating with poor economic performance due to lopsided pursuit of quantity, subjectiveness and blindness in making operational decisions, poor management and lack of a sound basis. All this throws difficulties for their further development. To counter such a situaation, diversified operation of these units should henceforth be directed towards intensive operation as of groups or associations with high technology.更多还原
