【Abstract】 In order to design an interface with micro-processor in digital instrument conveniently, most measurements are completed with A/D conversion technology, currently the prior amplify of anolog signal is necessary. Digitized measurement emphasize direct anolog-to-digital conversion as possible, so that A/D and high precision amplifier can be omitted. By this way both conversion inaccuracy and the system coat can be reduced. This paper gives some description of digitized measurement technology.更多还原
