小花鬼针草叶中黄酮甙的分离与鉴定

【摘要】从小花鬼针草(Bidens parviflora Willd.)叶的乙醇提取物中首次分离并鉴定了4个黄酮甙类化合物,它们是紫云英甙(Astragalin,Ⅰ)、异槲皮甙(iso-Quercitin,Ⅱ)、硫磺菊甙(Sulfurein,Ⅲ)和海生菊甙(Maritimein,Ⅳ)。并采用高分辨~1HNMR和NOE技术对硫磺菊甙的芳质子归属重新作了指定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four flavonoid glycosides were isolated from the leaf of Bidens parviflora and their structures determined by means of UV, FAB-MS, ¹HNMR and ¹³CNMR spectroscopy. They are astragalin （Ⅰ）, iso-quercitrin （Ⅱ）, sulfurein （Ⅲ） and maritimein （Ⅳ）. The ownership of aromatic hydrogens of sulfurein were reassigned by high resolution ¹HNMR and NOE technology.更多还原
