泽兰对模拟失重引起家兔血瘀症的改善作用

【摘要】 用兔头低位悬吊法模拟航天飞行中的失重可引起家兔血瘀症。表现为微循环障碍和血液流变学的改变。泽兰以及毛叶泽兰生药2g/kg腹腔注射明显改善微循环障碍,4g/kg慢性口服给药对异常的血液流变学也有较好的改善作用。泽兰和毛叶泽兰的活血化瘀作用航天飞行中失重引起的航空运动病可能有较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Blood stasis syndrom were caused when rabbit were confined in a head-down position for simulating weightlessness, which includes abnormal changes of blood rheology and disorders of microciculation. Lyeopus lucidus Turcz. and L,lacidus Turcz. var hirtus regel showed an obvious suppression on the 2g/kg increase of blood viscosity, red cell aggregation and fibrinogen content at a dosage of 4 g/kg ig. When was given ip, both crude drugs improved microcirculation. Their effects of stimulating circulation to and stasis may play a rule on space motion diseases.
