【摘要】 家兔孕后第6天或第9天宫腔内分别给予不同量的薄荷油,于第12天处死观察胚珠变化。给药前及处死前取血供雌、孕激素及HCG水平测定。给药组的血浆孕酮及雌二醇水平与对照组无显著差异,而HCG水平则显著下降。给药组组织切片镜下观察可见滋养叶细胞显著怀死。结果表明,薄荷油具有终止早孕及抗着床作用。其作用机理可能与加强子宫收缩无关,对α及β受体皆无影响,但能轻度加强缩宫素的作用。与对滋养叶的损害有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mentha oil was given to one horn of the uterus in rabbits at pregnant day 6 and day 9. At pregnant day 12. the animals were sacrificed and their uteri examined. It was found that Mentha oil was able to inhibit implantation and interrupt early pregnancy. Contraction of uteris in vivo could not be stimulated by the drug given intrauterinely. But the effect of oxytocin on uterus might be synergetic with that of Mentha oil. Plasma estrogen progesterone and HCG was measured before and after administration of the drug. No changes was found in levels of estrogen and progesterone, but the level of HCG was decreased significantly. By histological examination, degeneration and necrosis of the choria was found under the influence of the drug. These results suggest that the damage of choria may be one of the mechanism for terminating early pregnancy.更多还原
