草珊瑚3个化学型的挥发油成分及其抗真菌活性研究
Chemical Constituents and Antifungal Activities of Essential Oils of Three Chemotypes of Glabrous Sarcandra(Sarcandra glabra)
【摘要】 本文报道不同产地草珊瑚(Sarcandra glabra)挥发油的GC-MS分析及其抗真菌试验。结果表明,在作者研究的范围内,草珊瑚可分为3个化学型;挥发油成分上的差异与其抗真菌活性有一定的相关性。
【Abstract】 Essential oils of Sarccndra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai collected from different localities were extracted by distillation which yielded 0.15%~0.20% of oils. By means of GC-MS-DS. 43 chemical constituents were identified in these oils. It was found that there are differences among the main constituents ((?)5%) of these oils. The species S. glabra as studied by the author can be classified into at least 3 chemotypts, i. e. (1)Compound A type characterized by containing compound A, Hexadecanoic acid, Terpinyl acetate and Ledol in decending order; (2)Nerolidol type characterized by containing Nerolidol, Hexadecanoic acid, γ-Element, 11, 14-Eicosadienoic acid methylester, Compound A and β-Eudesmol in decending order and(3) Hexadecanoic acid by containing Hexadecanoic acid, Compound A. β-Eudesmol. 1. 2-Btnzeodicarboxylic acid dibutylester and 11, 14-Eicosadienoic acid methylester in decending order.The antifungal activities of these oils determined in vitro are related to their chemical constituents.
