【Abstract】 Ophiopogonin B and D in the tuberous roots of ophiopogon japonicus （L. f.）Ker-Gawl. were determined by HPLC. Powdcred tuberous roots was extracted with 5.0ml methanol. 6.0ml of the organie extract was dried and the dried residue was redissolved in 1ml methanol containing 2ul 0.01% （v/v） internal standard and chromatographed on an ODS C₁₃ column.The mobile phase is CH₃CN-H₂O （53:g47v/v）. The linearity was demonstracted in the range of 1.0～50.0μg. The average recoveries of the lycoside B and glycoside D were 98.15% and 104.12%, respectively.更多还原
