【摘要】 从菱叶红景天(豌豆七)(Rhodiola henryi)干燥根茎的石油醚提取物中分到9个化合物。经光谱分析和已知样品对照分别鉴定为:正三十七烷(Heptatricontane,Ⅰ),阿魏酸二十八烷醇酯(Clutyl ferulate,Ⅱ),异莫替醇醋酸酯(iso-Motiol-3β-acetate,Ⅲ),蒲公英赛醇醋酸酯(Taraxerol-3β-acetate,Ⅳa),iso-Multifflorenyl acetate(Ⅳb),1-二十六烷酸-2-亚油酸-二甘油酯(Glycerin-1-cerotyl-2-linolate,Ⅴ),三十六烷酸(Hexatricontanoic acid,Ⅵ),二十六烷酸二十八烷醇酯(Octacosyl cerotate,Ⅶ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)。其中Ⅴ为新化合物,Ⅲ,Ⅳb为首次自天然界分得,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳa,Ⅵ,Ⅶ为首次自本属植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the petroleum ether extract of the rhizomes of Rhodiola henryi Fu., nine constituents have been isolated. On the basis of IR, MS, ¹HNMR and ¹³CNMR data and comparison with authentic samples, their structures were identified as: Heptatricontane （Ⅰ）, Octacosyl ferulate （Ⅱ）, iso-Motiol-3β-acetate （Ⅲ）, Taraxerol-3β-acetate （Ⅳa）, iso-Multiflorenol-3β-acetate （Ⅳb）, Glycerin-1-cerotyl-2-linoleate （Ⅴ）, Hexatricontanoic acid （Ⅵ）, Octacosyl cerotate （Ⅶ）and β-Sitosterol （Ⅷ）. Ⅴ Was a new compound, Ⅲ and Ⅳb were compounds first isolated from nature. Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳa and Ⅶ were isolated from genus Rhodiola for the first time.更多还原
