三七二醇甙抗实验性心律失常的作用

【摘要】 三七二醇甙(PDS)为三七组分之一,能明显对抗乌头碱、BaCl2和结扎冠状动脉前降支诱发大鼠的室性心律失常,并能明显对抗小鼠由CaCl2-Ach诱发的房颤和房扑。PDS能降低离体大鼠右心房的自发频率。对大鼠和家兔心电图实验,证明PDS有负性频率作用、负性传导作用。

【Abstract】 Paaax saponin (PDS) is a component of Panax notoginseng (Bark) F. Ⅱ Chen. It showed significant effects on different experimental models of ventrlcular arrhythmias induced by aconitine, barium chloride and ligation of the descenting anterior coronary artery of rats, and antiatrial fibrillation induced by CaCl2-Ach in mice. In isolated rat right atrium, PDS decreased its automatic beating rate. The heart rate were slowed and the P-R,Q-T intervales were prolonged in ECG of anesthetized rats and rabbits after iv administration of PDS, suggesting that it had negative chronotropic.negative automatic and negative dromotropic effects.
