【Abstract】 A single ig or ip injection of total Aralosides to mice showed significant antianoxia action in a dose-dependent manner. It markedly reduced the rate of oxygen, consumption and significantly prolonged the time of breathing suspension and the time of inspiration stop induced by iv air in mice, It had an obvious protective effect on anoxia in brain induce by ligating bilateral carotid, decapitating and in heart induced by ip ISO and on poisoning anoxia induced by ip KCN and NANO₂ in mice. The analysis of blood gas in rabbits showed that aralosides markedly raise PAO₂, augmented arerio-venous partial pressure difference of oxygen and increased oxygen supply.更多还原
