乙酰化纸层析荧光光密度法测定保肾甲丸中苯并(a)芘的含量

【摘要】 报道了用乙酰化纸层析荧光光密度法测定保肾甲丸中致癌成分苯并(a)芘的含量为11.52ppb,认为不具致癌危险。苯并(a)芘的点样量在0~15ng时,含量与积分值呈线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为95.50±2.40%,变异系数为2.51%,最小检出限量为0.15ng。

【Abstract】 An acetylated paper chromatography and fluorescent densitometry determination of Benzo (a) pyrene(B(a)P, a carcinogenic agent) in "Baoshenjiawan" (BSJW, a Chinese patent medicine) is desoribed.The Polycyclic hydrocarbons were extracted from BSJW with petroleum ether and purified with caffeine(a complexing agent). B(a) P was separated from the polycyclic hydrocarbons through acetylated paper chromatography and determined by fluorescent densitometry. The amount of B(a) P in BSJW was11.52ppb. A significant linear correlation in the range 0 to 15 ng was found(r=1.0000). The average recovery and the coefficient of variation were 95.50±2.40 and 2.51 respectively. As little as 0.15ng of B(a) P can be measured.
