【摘要】 从葫芦科长果雪胆(Hemsleya dolichocarpa W. J. Chang)中分得8个化合物。经光谱和理化常数测定,鉴定为竹节参甙-Ⅳa(Chikuset susaponin-Ⅳa, Ⅰ),竹节参甙-Ⅳa甲酯(Methyl estert of chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa, Ⅱ),雪胆皂甙-Mal(Hemslosides-Mal, Ⅲ),竹节参甙-Ⅴ(Chikusetsusapoain-Ⅳ, Ⅳ),齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯甙(β-Glucopyranosyl Oleanolate, Ⅴ),雪胆甲素(Dihydrocucurbitacin F-25-O-acetate, Ⅵ),雪胆乙素(Dihydrocucurbitacin F, Ⅶ),胡萝卜甙(Daucosterol, Ⅷ)。其中化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ为首次从雪胆属植物中获得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight compounds, isolated from the tubers of Hemsleya dolichocarpa W. J.Chang collected in Sichuan, were identified as Chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa(Ⅰ), Methyl ester of chikusetsusaponin-Ⅳa(Ⅱ), Hemslosides-Mal(Ⅲ), Chikusetsusaponin-Ⅴ(Ⅳ), 28-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl oleanolate(Ⅴ), Dihydrocu-curbitacin F-25-O-acetate(Ⅵ), Dihydrocucurbitacin F(Ⅶ) and Daucosterol(Ⅷ) respectively on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral date. Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅳ were isolated from the genus Hemsleya for the first time.更多还原
