白芍总甙对免疫系统的影响
Effects of total glucosides of paeony(TGP) on immune system
【摘要】 白芍总甙(TGP)对羊红细胞免疫的小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外诱生溶血素(IgM)抗体和刀豆素A诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外增殖反应均呈现低浓度(<0.4μg/ml)促进和高浓度(>0.4μg/ml)抑制的双向调节作用。TGP(5mg/kg,ip)可明显促进辐照加输注受训胸腺细胞体内诱导抗原特异性Th细胞。以上结果提示,TGP对免疫系统的影响有明显的浓度与机能依赖性特征。
【Abstract】 The hemolysin (IgM) production by mouse splenic lymphocytes immunized with sheep red blood cell in vitro was enhanced by lower concentrations (0.1-0.4μg/ml) of total glucosidcs of pacony (TGP), but diminished by higher concentrations (0.4-3.2μg/ml) of the drug. The dual effects of TGP on ConA induoed proliferation of mouse splenocytcs was also observed by in vitro treatment with TGP over a range of 0.05-1.6μg/ml. These results suggested that effects of TGP on immune system was definitely depend on the concentrations of TGP administered.The specific helper T (Th) cclls were induced by irradiation with 60Co at 800R plus primed thymocytes and were measured by the adoptiver transfer system. It was found that the higher generation of Th cells incroosed further by TGP (5mg/kg, ip).
