丹参素对氧自由基所致大鼠心肌线粒体H~+-ATP酶损伤的保护作用
Protective effect of DS-182 on the H~+-ATPase activity of rat myocardial mitochondria against free radical damage
【摘要】 本实验采用FeSO4/抗坏血酸体系观察氧自由基对鼠心肌线粒体H+-ATP酶的损伤作用以及丹参素(DS-182)的保护效应。结果表明:FeSO4/抗坏血酸可使线粒体H+-ATP酶水解活性明显下降,而丹参素具有明显的保护作用,它可防止H+-ATP酶水解活性的下降,并呈一定的浓度依赖关系和“饱和效应”。
【Abstract】 Mitochondria isolated from rat heart was used to study the protective effect of DS-182 against free radical damage, which was resulted from FeSO4/Ascorbic acid. It was found that free radicals decreased the H+-ATPase activity of mitochondria significantly, however, DS-182 inhibited this anti H+-ATPase activity induced by free radicals (P<0.01) in a dose-dependent manner.
