中药石膏对烧伤鼠血浆、脾组织、腹腔巨噬细胞中环核苷酸以及血浆PGE2含量的影响

【摘要】 本文观察烧伤及其修复过程中大鼠血浆、脾组织、腹腔巨噬细胞中cAMP、cGMP以及血浆PGF2含量变化及其与烧伤免疫调整的关系。结果表明:烧伤鼠血浆中cAMP、PGE2含量明显增高。(对照组cAMP值24.65±4.59pmol/ml,PGE2值309.38±77.6(?)pg/ml,而烧伤鼠cAMP值36.58±2.74pmol/ml,PGE2含量937.50±102.91pg/ml,P值分别为<0.05和<0.01),脾组织和巨噬细胞中cAMP值亦增高,而应用中药石膏后烧伤鼠血浆cAMP、PCE2值明显下降(cAMP值22.49±1.56;PGE2值478.13±85.05),脾组织和巨噬细胞中cAMP含量亦低于对照组值;同时,血浆,脾组织及巨噬细胞中cAMP/cGMP比值亦出现相应的变化。因此,作者推论,cAMP、cGMP、PGE2可能参与烧伤时机体的免疫调节。中药石膏的作用可能通过Ca++加强cGMP的作用,抑制cAMP、PGE2的合成而增强免疫功能的。

【Abstract】 This paper showed that levels of cAMP, PGE2 in plasma and cAMP in spleen tissue and abdominal cavity macrophages in burned rats are increased (cAMP levels in plasma of the control groups were 24.65±4.59pmol/ml; PGE2 levels were 309.38±77.64Pg/ml. cAMP levels in plasma of burned groups were 36.58±2.74pmol/ml: PGE2 levels were 937.50+102.91Pg/ml; P<0.05 and P<0.01). cAMP levels in spleen tissue and abdominal cavity macrophages were also increased. After Gypsum fluid was given by gastro-intestine, cAMP, PGE2 levels in plasma and cAMP levels in spleen tissue and abdominal cavity macrophages decreased markedly(cAMP levels were 22.09±1.56pmol/ml in plasma; PGE2 levels were 478.13±85.05Pg/ml). cAMP/cGMP ratio was apparently decreased.The results suggest that that burn causes decrease of immune functions in the rats, especially, is resposible for the inhibition of immune response of lymphocyte. It may be caused by changes in cAMP, cGMP, PGE2 levels. Gypsum may improve immune function of burned body by increasing cGMP Ca++ levels and inhibiting cAMP PGE levels.
