【摘要】 应用麻风胶乳凝集试验盒(MLPA)对59例现症多菌型麻风患者、17例治愈多菌型患者及47名健康人进行了抗酚糖脂抗体检测。其结果现症病例阳性率为95.06%,治愈者为17.65%,健康人均呈阴性。提示该试验有高度的特异性,可作为监测疗效、判定治愈的一种血清学检测方法。对25例现症患者的静脉和耳垂血清对照检测,结果一致。作者认为MCPA不需特殊设备,简单快速易行,是一种有潜力的麻风快速免疫检测方法,适用于实验室和现场检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gletin particcle agglution in test for the dectetion of anti-PG-1 antibody in MB leprosy showed that the positive rate was 96.05% in the active patients, and 17.65% in clinically cured patients, and 45 healthy persons were all negative. The results were encourtaging and suggested that the test is hightly sensitive, specific, simpple and rapid, and easy to perform in the field. The authors considered it is useful to the judgement of the effect of chemotherapy and might terve as a standard of cure. The more vein and coincident results of the sest with the use of blood specimens from both the the ear lobe. Beacause the test with the ear lobe blood is easier to do, it might be widely used in the field.更多还原
