【摘要】 麻醉家兔iv赛庚啶1mg/kg后20s到3min内,HR无显著改变,而±dp/dt、LVP、SAP、DAP均已显著降低。iv5mg/kg后,±dP/dt、LVP、与SAP、DAP同步下降、同步回升,且脉压差略降低。结果提示赛庚啶的降压效应中左室收缩性能抑制占重要地位。大剂量(10-12mg/kg)赛庚啶iv后引起心动过缓及心律失常,表明赛庚啶对窦房结可能有很强的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of cypr on haemodynamic in anesthetized rabbits were studied. Cypr 1mg/kg or cumulate 5mg/ kg iv lowered the Bp,LVP,± dp/dt max and reduced the heart rate in dose-dependent manner.But all these parameters recovered gradually.The degrees of diminution of LVP,± dp/dt max were parallel to that of BP.The difference of decreaced degrees of DAP,SAP were not significant.The results suggested that the vasodilator activity for cypr iv was less potent.The hypotensive action of cypr could be attributable to its inhibition of cardiac contractility. However,large dose(10— 12mg/kg)of cypr iv caused bradycardia and arrhythmia, indicating that it is probable to have a strong inhibitory effect on sinoatrial node of rabbit heart.更多还原
