萘乙酸对大白菜钙素吸收运转及防治干烧心病的研究
EFFECT OF NAA ON CALCIUM ABSORPTION AND TRANSLOCATION AND PREVENTION OF TIPBURN IN CHINESE CABBAGE
【摘要】 本研究从补钙入手,探索防治干烧心病的方法。用0.7%CaCl2·2H2O对和50ppmNAA混合液在大白菜结球期叶面喷洒5次,经8年试验,对大白菜干烧心病的相对防治效果达80%以上。 在此基础上,采用45Ca示踪试验的方法对防病机理做了进一步研究。结果表明,无论从根部还是从叶部加萘乙酸对根部和叶部45Ca的吸收和运转均具有促进作用,并且改变了其在大白菜植株内的分配规律。对照株单位干叶重dpm值自外向内呈下降趋势(130×103─60×103);用NAA处理株则相反,自外向内呈增加趋势(120×103─250×103),说明萘乙酸具有促进钙素向叶球中内部运转的功效。这种效果在贮藏期间仍能保持。另外,45Ca向直接受到NAA处理部位的运转量有明显增高的趋势。这一结果为补钙防治干烧心病提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The harm of tipburn on production of Chinese cabbage has been more and more serious since 1970s. It brings to vegetable researcher’s attention.The aim of this study is to seek a method to prevent the di-sorder.The relative effect of foliar spraying five times with the mixed solution of 0.7% CaCl2 ·2H2O & 50ppm NAA during the heading stage on tipburn was above 80% for eight years in succession.On this basis, the prevention mechanism was studied by tracing of radio calcium ( 45Ca ) . The results are as follows, Both foliar spraying and root watering treatment with NAA ( 50ppm)can promote absorption and translocation of 45Ca from not only roots but also leaves, and can change its distribution pattern in plantThe dpm of l00mg dry leaf of the control was descended from outer leaves to the inner ( 130 × 103-60 × 103 ). On the contrary, that of the treated plant was increased(120 ×l O3-250 × 103).It indicated that NAA can promote translocation of calcium to mid and inner leaves of the head. There is also such effect during storage. In addition,the amount of 45Ca was remarkable higher in the leaves that were treated with NAA directly.These results furnish theoretical basis for prevent of tipburn.
