机床非线性颤振的分段线性化及其数学模型

【摘要】 通过引入非线性调制环节N(S),本文实现了非线性颤振的分段线性化,建立了统一的切削动力学系统模型。这一模型使线性颤振理论、非线性颤振理论趋于统一,并使超声振动切削抑制颤振的机理从理论上得到解释。

【Abstract】 Based on the hypthesis of time-divided linearity and stability of non-linear machine tool chatter process, a new non-linear system model of cutting dynamics is presented.It is shown after detailed analysis of the new system model that the model has summarized the achievements of the researches in linear cutting dynarnies, non-linear cutting dynamics and the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration cutting.The boundary modulation is, at the first time, introduced into the cutting dynamics, and is distinguished theoretically with the open-loop mode and the close-loop mode. Experiments have verified the difference between the boundary modulation mode, open-loop mode and the close-loop mode.Ultrasonic vibration assissted cutting is an ideal cutting method that uses non-linear modulation to restrain cutting chatter and decreases the machining errors. Its mechanism can be explained satisfactorily from the dynamics model developed in our research.
