脉冲激光波长的测量和标定
The Measurement and Calibration of the Wavelength of Pulsed Laser
【摘要】 采用电视光谱测量装置对脉冲激光的波长进行监测和标定,在可见光波段监测精度达5×10-4nm。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a new technique for monitoring and calibrating the wavelen-gth of pulsed laser with a tele-spectral equipment.The precision of measurement in the visibleregion is 5×10-4nm.
