马达端盖变形均匀度的无损检测
The Nondestructive Examination of the Homogeneous Degree of Deformation of the Bearing Cap of the Motor
【摘要】 采用反射全息法,结合数字图象处理技术,测量轴向荷载下马达端盖变形的均匀度,给出了定量分析结果,成功地将无损检测技术应用于产品检验中。
【Abstract】 The reflection holography and digital image processing method are used to determinehomogenous degree of deformation of the bearing cap of top motor under axial load.The resultof quantity analysis is presented in this paper.Therefore,it is successful to nondestructive exami-nation technique used in the inspection of industry product.
