交联型聚丙烯酸酯负载硫铂配合物的合成及催化性能
SYNTHESIS AND CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF CROSSLINKED POLYACRYLATE SUPPORTED SULFIDE PLATINUM COMPLEXES
【摘要】 以二乙烯苯为交联剂,丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸β-氯乙酯或丙烯酸ω-氯己酯为单体,合成了两类4种带ω-氯侧基的交联型聚丙烯酸酯。聚合物依次与乙硫醇钠、氯亚铂酸钾反应,得到交联型聚丙烯酸酯负载的硫铂配合物。它们对1-癸烯,1-十二碳烯、苯基烯丙醚、苯乙烯与三乙氧基硅烷的硅氢加成反应都有相当高的催化活性。
【Abstract】 The title complexes were synthesized from divinylbenzene, methylacrylate, β-chloroethy-lacrylate or ω-chlorohexylacrylate via copolymerization in different molar ratio, followed bymercaptoethylation with sodium ethyl mercaptide and reaction with potassium platinochloride inacetone under nitrogen atmosphere. All of the complexes exhibited high catalytic activity forthe hydrosilylation of olefins with triethoxysilane at 80~100℃. The catalyst can be usedrepeatedly.
