【Abstract】 Dichlorouron had very strong inhibition on the growth and development of the insect of Lepidoptero and Diptero.When the concentration of inse- cticide was over 0.001ppm,it would obviously restrain the development of larva stage of autogenous culex modcstus.When the concentration was over 0.008ppm,the hate of insecticide larva was 100 per cent.The LC(50) of larva was only 0.0026ppm,and over 98.5 per cent of the death larva was in the 2-3 years stage.After the alive larva of every concentration group was pupated,the eclosion rate of pupa was over 90 per cent.The death rate of adults in seven days was between 18.9-30.6 per cent.更多还原
