【Abstract】 This paper points out that the forecasting accuracy, based on the present formula, is often lack of actual value. Therefore, the paper puts forward a new set of normal conditions of forecasting accuracy, and substitutes comparable error for relative error, further, presents three forecasting accuracy formulae, within which the most scientific one is recommended.
